I will never change
For Benga's new video for I Will Never Change, 960 separate pieces of vinyl were carefully measured, cut, and then finally animated. The result is a real-life waveform. Directed by Us, which consists of Christopher Barrett and Luke Taylor, the first task for the pair was calculating exactly how many records per second would be needed.

Sam Burford creates objects and films that explore the temporal and transformative nature of meaning and language. Burford's work is an investigation into how cinematic language affects the way we attribute meaning to what we experience through our prior experiences of cinema. By adapting populist media Burford seeks to alter the viewers engagement and perception of this material.

Jia-Jen Lin is a visual artist who currently lives and works in Taiwan, New York, and various locations.
Her work integrates sculpture and installation art with performance, video, and photography. Jia-Jen's practice investigates the psychological distance between artificial life and our physical sensations. By way of collecting, modifying, and representing information and materials from everyday experiences, she would like to draw the attention to the initial stage: to investigate the possibilities between the material world and our physical selves. The readily available products of our society become her palette for representing the forms of the natural and for investigating relationships between people and between people and the technologica.

Cinemagraphs
Photographer Jamie Beck and a motion graphics designer artist Kevin Burg have created a new way of capturing images – pictures with movement, so-called cinemagraphs. They describe it as: “Something more than a photo, but less than a video”.
Hope and Glory
Hope & Glory – a Conceptual Circus by Simon Birch.
Hong Kong artist Simon Birch has created Hope and Glory, perhaps the most ambitious multi-media art project ever undertaken in Hong Kong.
The show is non-profit, open to the general public and consists of film, sculpture, installation and sound and is somewhat like a film set, or a theater set. The works are all physically large and the viewers wander through the environment at their own pace.

Marilyn Minter
Green Pink Caviar is an eight minute high definition video by Marilyn Minter. She filmed some models licking candy and cake decoration, from under a pane of glass.
The mouth is one of her favorite subjects. She paints some of her photographs on metal with translucent enamel paint to produce luminous finish.
Marilyn Minter was born in 1948 in Shreveport, Louisiana, and lives and works in New York. She received a bachelor's degree in fine art from the University of Florida in 1970 and a master's in fine art from Syracuse University in 1972.
Brian M.Viveros
Celebrated Surrealist fetish/mutilation artist Brian M. Viveros is now utilizing the medium of film to capture the dark and evocative debris that radiates from his mind. Brian is internationally embraced for his erotic paintings and illustrations.
Jason de Caires Taylor
Jason de Caires Taylor was born in 1974 to an English father and Guyanese mother, spending the earlier part of his life growing up in Europe, Asia and the Caribbean. Educated in South East England, he graduated in 1998 from Camberwell College of Arts, University of the Art London, with a B.A.Honours in Sculpture and Ceramics. He is also a fully qualified diving instructor and underwater naturalist with over 14 years of diving experience in a variety of countries.
In May 2006 he gained international recognition for creating the world’s first underwater sculpture park in Grenada, West Indies. His underwater sculptures, designed to create artificial reefs for marine life to colonise and inhabit, embrace the transformations wrought by ecological processes. The works engage with a vision of the possibilities of a sustainable future, portraying human intervention as positive and affirmative. Drawing on the tradition of figurative imagery, the aim of Jason de Caires Taylor’s work is to address a wide-ranging audience crucial for highlighting environmental issues beyond the confines of the art world. However, fundamental to understanding his work is that it embodies the hope and optimism of a regenerative, transformative Nature.
