For the first time, the artist abandons the square format and the zoom on faces and photographs his models from three quarters. The Cubs series offers children portraits of a grim perfection, pale complexion and lifeless look.

Oleg Dou (Moscú, 1983) exhibited his photographs for first time at Le Simoun gallery of Paris when hi was 23 years old. In 2007 he received the Internatioanl Photography Award and the International Color Award. This fact attracted the attention of the international artistic community.
